Business hours
The office hours are from 7:30 am until 9:30 p.m. the evening.
A car delivery or return outside these hours is possible but subjected to payment of a surcharge of 25 euros.
Cancellation
If you cancel 7 days or more before the start of your rental-
If you cancel the last 7 days, we need to charge a penalty of 20% of the proposed rent.
If you simply don’t turn up, the full rental amount will be charged.
It is therefore important that you contact us by email, as in case of cancellation.
Driving restrictions
Our cars are limited to driving on the island of Crete.

Loss of car keys
All keys are equipped with an electronic code.
It is expensive to replace them (between 80 and 100 euros).
Moreover, the transport to deliver a spare key must be paid by the customer. So, please be careful with your keys !
In the event of theft, the car keys must be handed over to us, otherwise the theft insurance is not valid.
Minimum age
The minimum age for our vehicles is 20 years except for our minibuses and jeeps. Then the minimum age is 24 years.
Payment
Visa or MasterCard. We accept no Americain Express.
Insurance included in price
Third party liability insurance:
Physical harm caused to third parties is ensured to 500,000 euros.
Matherial damage to others is insured up to 100,000 euros.
Collision Damage Weaver:
Damage caused by yourself to the rented vehicle is fully insured BUT the first 400
euro (group A) or 600 euros (for all others groups) must be paid by the customer.

Personal Accidents Insurance:
The driver is insured up to 15,000 euros in case of death or disability.
His medical expenses are covered up to 300 euros.
All passengers are insured up to 500,000 euros.
Extra insurance
Full Damage Weaver (5 euros / day) (FDW):
A "fully comprehensive" insurance will void the excess.
You are still liable for the damage to tires and the underside of the car. Or when there is damage caused by breach of the Greek traffic law(eg drunk driving).
Tyre Insurance (3 euros / day):
It covers all the damage to the tires, wheels and "UNDERSIDE" of the car.
Baby seats and child seats
These are free but MUST be requested in advance. We recommend the following:
- Children aged 6 months to 4 years: baby-
seat - Children from 4 to 7 years: childrens chair.
Luggage rack
A luggage rack is available for 3 euros / day. This MUST also be requested in advance and you need to bring your own straps.
The driver is responsible for loading and securing the luggage.
Petrole
The driver is responsible for refueling the vehicles.
You should only use “unleaded” fuel. Only our VW Transporter (minibus) drives on diesel.
Delivery and pick up of the cars
The cars can be delivered and collected throughout the island
There is an additional cost for the following areas:
- Plakias, Hersonissos, Malia, Stalis/Stalida, Gouves, Kokkini Hani, , Analipsi, Anisaris, Amoudara, Agia Pelagia, Chania city, Chania Port, Platanias, Akrotiri, Vamos, Kalyves, Agia Marina and Almyrida : 25 euro
- Agia Galini, Fodele, Matala, Kissamos/Kastelli, Fragokastello,
Sfakia/Chora Sfakion : 35 euro
- Agios Nicolaos, Elounda, Paleochora : 45 euro
- Ierapetra, Sitia : 55 euro
This cost is covering both delivery and collection of the car (must only be paid once).
